This year I wasn't feeling well on two PE weeks, and hence I did my NAPFA in a different way. Today was my second 5 stations. The PE Dept forced me to retake because I had a one week lapse in between.
(4) 2.4km: 14:45
(5) Sit-ups: 43
(5) Inclined Pull Ups: 21
(5) Shuttle Run: 10.7
(5) Sit and reach: 59
(5) Standing Broad Jump: 195
The evil run was the only reason I didn't manage a perfect 30. I missed by 16 seconds, so.. I slacked off in my sit-ups. IPU - Mr Yong was really lenient. Shuttle Run this year sucked - I cleared my run last year in girl ownage time of 10.3, so 10.7 is bad ): Sit and Reach good, SBJ 5 cm off last years.
Not bad, considering that I haven't trained in the longest of times. I realised that I thought that I got 29 points last year, but in actual fact I attained a perfect 30 :)
